We have decided to offer free admission for our very last Horror in the Hills Film Festival. We will be refunding anyone who purchased a ticket, but rest assured the event is still very much happening and we encourage you to bring your friends to enjoy the awesome selection of horror films scheduled for the event.

As we approached a sharp curve a deer jumped in front of us and we swerved to miss it, sending us off a grass covered cliff into a valley far below. We had no major damage outside of a couple scratches, however our greatest worry came from the growling heard through the foggy forest...

We have a huge number of awesome horror flix to choose from this year! With that said, we are being careful to give proper consideration to all of the films submitted and need just a couple more days to get through the last of them and get a schedule put together. So, we have extended our notify date till Friday July, 20th. Thanks to all of the awesome filmmakers who have submitted their work! We truly wish we could show them all!

An update from our good friends at The Greystone Lodge On The River, where the 2017 Horror In The Hills Film Festival will be taking place!

Quite thankful to learn that our venue in Gatlinburg, Tennessee for Smoky Mountain Film Festival, Mountain of Laughs and Horror In The Hills, The Greystone Lodge On The River following the wildfires this week. BFE President W***y Adkins was actually in Gatlinburg at the time of the fires and was able to make it out safely during evacuation.
Breaking Fate Entertainment wishes to send our well wishes and prayers to all affected by this horrible tragedy. Adkins himself will be offering his time to aid in cleaning and rebuilding where able, in the Gatlinburg community.
