From what I can tell from news reports and what I've read on news accounts from the jury instructions from Judge Merchan, the Trump case relies on one person and one person only...Michael Cohen.

On the stand, Cohen admitted that he would lie on the stand, the very stank from which he was giving sworn testimony, to protect his own self interests. The trial should have ended right then and there.

Furthermore, Michael Cohen was caught in and admitted to three lies during his testimony.

1. He lied about a phone call with Donald Trump when he actually spoke to a body guard about an unrelated matter.
2. Cohen lied about recording Trump illegally.
3. He lied about and then admitted that he stole money from Donald Trump Organization.

This trial should have ended weeks ago as a mistrial. Hopefully, jurors see through this political smoke screen and bring back a verdict of not guilty on all counts.

My guess is that the jury will try to split the baby and convict on a couple of the misdemeanors but not convict on felonies, BUT and it's a big BUT Trump's lawyers did not ask for that option. So, it's either felony convictions on some or all counts, exoneration on all counts, or a mistrial.

You know things have gone terribly wrong for Biden when CNN is condemning Robert DeNiro, Biden's eloquent spokesman, who screamed "F You" to Trump supporters as he left a press conference where he made outlandish predictions about Trump never leaving office, elections completely ending, etc.

A little early in the campaign to go completely nuclear, but I guess desperate candidates turn to desperate measures.

More and more "Trump trial" watchers and experts on CNN are questioning whether Michael Cohen is credible, and the general consensus is that if the jury sees him as not credible, that the trial will fall apart.

Mind you, this is after prosecution questioning, not after cross by the defense.

Regardless of what you think about Ronna McDaniel, make no mistake the earth-shattering and unprecedented actions of NBC News and its reporters.

For the first time, reporters revolted to remove a Republican voice because they disagreed with any speech from the Republican National Committee Headquarters, every Republican elected to any office, and all republicans voters should and ALL of its shows.

There is not one legitimate poll that puts Florida in play for Biden.

Remember that Trump won Florida by 3.3 percent in 2020, Biden’s policies have been holding Florida and the rest of the country back and there will be one million net more republicans in Florida in 2024.

It is amazing to me that we now need a law to say that illegal immigrants do not have Constitutional Rights.

We don't give these rights to tourists from foreign countries who are here legally.

Democrats are dismantling America right before our very eyes while pointing the finger at republicans to say that the guilt is ours (They've been successfully projecting their failures for at least four decades).

If we took all the illegals Biden has let into the country and put them in one place "the 51st state of illegal immigrants," this state would be the 10th most populated in our country, and if it wasn't for Texas closing their border against the will of the federal government, this illegal state would pass Ohio for sixth most populated by election day.
