✨ Of all of the events that we have done so far, BBSS was an all around success for not only us but also our vendors! The one thing we hoped to achieve with this event and our brand is successfully providing a platform for our vendors to achieve what every vendor wishes to achieve from networking to making sales!!!! Special thank you to all of the vendors and those that purchased from the vendors and those that came out to support. The Support was so real and so overwhelming.

I believe this can be an annual event & next time on an even larger scale !!!!!

Today is not a moment for Her Image

🔸Its not about the vendors, the artists, the 757, it’s not about Virginia. It’s about the message that we are striving to portray, the movement that we are striving to help spread worldwild.

🔑 Your support of this message whether a share or attending speaks volumes on who you are as a person in addition to your beliefs.

🔑 When you support a small business, you are supporting someone’s dream and ambitions. Us as entrepreneurs can not elevate without the support of our consumers. We aren’t just our own bosses, our consumers are our bosses.

🔑 We come from a tribe of men and women that had it all, & unfortunately it was taken away from us. It is up to us to rebuild that and it starts with you and me!!!

💎 Let’s No longer allow $1 to circulate in our community for ONLY 6 hours compared to 17 Days, 27 Days and 30 Days amongst the white, Asian and Jewish communities. Let’s promote black business and entice those that are not business owners to create something for themselves. To do their part whether that be a black owned bank, grocery store, whatever.

🚨 This moment is not about bashing other races, or degrading anyone outside of the black community, this moment is about uplifting our people, supporting black business owners and taking back what’s always been ours.

I’m sure we’ve all had those moments where we saw someone who inspired us, doing something that inspired us, & killing it and initially thought I can do it to. While that is absolutely true it is imperative that you create your personal brand based on you, your passions, your values, your mission & be very careful about imitating in your brand. This is very easy to do when you share the same values as others. Imitating doesn’t breed success, originality breeds success.

Too often we see the statistic that the black dollar only stays in the black community for only a few hours. It’s time to turn that statistic into a myth. The first step is to bring awareness. That’s why admission to this event is only $1. We want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to come out support your local black owned businesses because they are fighting to make black communities self sufficient. |
