Last day of 4th grade! This year she embarked a new school and grew tremendously. She made new friends, experienced new adventures, grew as a person, and worked hard to get good grades. I'm so proud of her and I can't wait for next year!

This little lady turned 9 today! I'm one lucky mama, she is such a gem in our life.

She's 9 going on 16, she has a heart of gold, is witty, funny, and a smarty pants.

Happy 15th birthday to the fishing king who lives & breathes anything in the ocean. It's been fun watching him come home with the catch of the day, diving at the islands, and surfing. I hope you have a great year & we wish you the best day & can't wait to celebrate you. 🎉❤️

My Mom literally scared us last Friday night & with her permission I wanted to tell her story. I feel like she had someone watching over her & I'm so grateful she's on the mend & doing good.
My reason to tell her story is hopefully this will help someone else & save their life.
My Mom hadn't been feeling herself the last few months. She wasn't sleeping well & she had bad days of feeling dizzy & almost like she was going to faint. She was battling this feeling more days than I think she let anyone know. It became her new way of life.
Friday afternoon she was extremely dizzy more than ever. She happened to have her Apple Watch on which she normally only wears to workout. She was laying on the couch trying to sleep & her watch went off like an alarm to alert her that her heart rate was extremely low (35 bpm). They decided to go to the ER & when she got there she barely could get out of the car & found herself on the sidewalk. When they finally got her inside & hooked her up to machines her heart rate was only 19 (bpm). After a couple of days of trying to get her heart rate up through medication, they decided to give her a pace maker.

Today, she's home from the hospital recovering & finally feels like herself. I just had to tell her story, cause if it wasn't for her Apple Watch it could have been a different outcome. So many doctors & nurses in the hospital said they can't get over how much the watch has saved so many people! ❤️

7 years married today + 10 years together!
Where do I start, it's been a relationship that is based off respect, love, partnership, growing, and friendship.
With BOTH of our efforts we have designed a pretty nice life. I look forward to many more years and growing old together sounds fabulous to me!

We embarked on an adventure 5 days ago. We had so much fun drinking margaritas, swimming, surfing, driving through the streets of Mexico, eating the most incredible Mexican food, fruit that was so sweet it tasted like candy, drinking fresh coconut juice, seeing bulls drinking pool water, & amazing sunsets! 🌊🥥🍹🌴🐂
We will be back again to make more memories! Off to go home today✈️

Working out is not a chore for me it's part of my weekly routine! For me, it's staying in shape, keeping my health in order, and honestly I feel so much more alive when I'm on top of my game!

A couple years ago my whole routine got changed up & I had to find my new routine!

Luckily I already owned a & with some Amazon finds I now have my home as my gym. 2 days a week I workout with my lady friends in my neighbors garage. We call ourselves "Buff Mamas" & we use all the bands, yoga mats, and more!
