No give dem drinks wey get sugar, including fruit juices, between meals.

Give dem water or milk instead. For babies, no add sugar to their drinks or food when you dey introduce solids.

Also, make you remember say some processed baby foods get plenty sugar.

Try dey check the list of ingredients: the higher up the list sugar dey, the more e dey the product.

Anything wey end with ‘ose’ na sugar, like fructose, glucose, lactose, or sucrose.

Proper brushing with fluoride toothpaste for night and at least one other time during the day, go help prevent tooth decay.
