EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING SPECIAL THAT CAN BE ENJOYED IF YOU LOOK FOR IT. ✨ Seeing the good in others helps you get along better with others. When there are friends or family that you relate closely to, sometimes they can rub you the wrong way and tempt you to be grumpy at them or jealous. Finding and appreciating the good in them can make the good qualities stand out over the difficulties.

rags. Our fridges are full. Tonight, those children are
wishing they could have just one potato. They live in shacks. They bathe in the same pools as the cattle. They wish for drinking water. Their sandals are broken. They are left to fend for themselves. They
are dirty. The only toys they have are stones. And
yet they smile. They laugh. They sing. They dance.
And they share what they have. Do they even have
a future? How do they even dare to love? It took
me a time long to figure out why.”

As I lay in the ruins of my broken dreams, I lifted my eyes heavenward, my mind racing, my heart throbbing, "WHY? What can I be thankful for in THIS?" In that moment of despair, God gave me a choice. I could either become bitter or better. If I chose to accept the pain and be thankful in the middle of it, He would use it to mold me more and more into His image. If I chose to fight against the pain and feel angry at the hardship, my heart would become a wall of bitterness.”

Forever His Princess magazine is a positive voice of truth to a rising generation of young women, encouraging each one to embrace who God created them to be.
