Through our programs and showcase events at the Boston Hard Rock Cafe, we provide young performers career changing opportunities. We also are the Director and founder of the Green Rockers and Teens Rock America Concert, and each month direct showcases at the Boston Best Buy. Our showcase events provide scholarship awards to the top placing performers. Our Young Performers Club page is one

NEW BAND AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES:
A new 11-13 year old band has been created from our debut Little Big Shots Show of New England. The band will be structured with a unique flexible program which will allow an understudy tier 2 group of musicians to perform in shows when the permanent/tier 1 band members are not available. Immediately, we will be auditioning for a tier 1 keyboard player and will also hold an audition for the tier 2 musicians. This will provide a good entrance into live performing, will enhance resume development, and enable newer performers to network with other musicians with similar interests. The overall concept will be to provide excellent quality performance opportunities for all participants, and enable the band to be able to cover scheduling conflicts and perform in more gigs. The biggest challenge bands have is commitment due to busy family and school schedules, so this will ease the stress of that and provide the needed flexibility everyone needs.

THE WINNER OF THE COVER SONG CONTEST IS J'ROSE, 12-YEAR-OLD POP SINGER FROM CA. We also posted the "Top Ten" selections. This is something you can use on your resumes..."Top Ten Finalist in the online Music On & Up Cover Song Competition". We will be in contact with the winners to get the instructions for forwarding their prizes. The scoring was very tight with the "Top Ten" scoring within points of each other. We had five performers tied with the same score in this group.
