WOBV 5 is “The Station in The Heart of The City.” WOBV is owned and operated by the First United Methodist Church in Starkville, MS. What makes WOBV special and different than other station is that WOBV is run by an all volunteer crew. WOBV Channel 5 produces and broadcasts both the traditional and contemporary services for FUMC. Along with this WOBV also produces original programing. WOBV strives
to serve the local Starkville community by bringing great programing and great church services to your television. WOBV’s mission is spread the name of Jesus Christ to the local community and world. WOBV is “The Station in The Heart of The City.”
