Stieg Larsson Trivia Returns: Hey everyone, we've got another amazing giveaway today. The winner of which will receive the Millennium Trilogy, An amazing poster featuring book covers from editions of the books from across the globe, an H&M Lisbeth Salander T-Shirt AND a £25 gift card for H&M!

All you have to do is solve this puzzle:

i) Take the time (24hr clock) to the nearest hour which Harriet Vanger disappeared and subtract the number corresponding to the decade when Armansky became a junior accountant.

ii) Change from negative to positive the temperature when Blomkvist finds the key to the cabin.

iii) Subtract 1 from Henrik Vanger's age and divide by 9.

iv) Add together the last two digits of the year in which Gottfried Vanger died.

v) Subtract the chapter number where Lisbeth tells Blomkvist her birthday from the model number of the boat on which Blomkvist begins the Wennerström affair.

Now take the 5 numbers you have found and translate them into letters using the method a=1, b=2, c=3 etc. You should spell out the name of an important object or person from the trilogy. First correct answer wins.

1. Larsson's actual first name was Stig, not Stieg. He altered his first name when he was a teenager involved in leftist politics to avoid confusion with another local teen named Stig Larsson, who also happened to be an activist and, oddly, became a renowned Swedish novelist as well, long before the world had ever heard of Stieg Larsson.

2. Larsson had little formal education. He read voraciously, but only had a high school degree, and after graduation worked in blue-collar jobs and roamed Africa and the Caribbean as a backpacker and political activist, instead of enrolling in a college writing program. Ernest Hemingway and Henry Miller would have been proud of him, though.

Happy New Year Larsson fans! Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year. We did, and in order to continue some of that festive feeling for a little longer we've got some more Dragon Tattoo Prizes to give away.
