Mayeda Studios Crafting photos and videos across the globe Mayeda Studios started in 2006 as a High School project. A simple way to express my creativity in short films.

What started out as a hobby quickly spiraled into a passion for the photographic and filmmaking arts. The short films went from improvised comedy routines to written planned productions with props and characters. Filmmaking continued into college at Colorado State University winning Best Comedy at Campus Movie Fest in 2013 for "Shooting Imagination" and nominated in the same festival the following

year for "Teleport". After college I have been working with various agencies and companies on a wide array of media needs from learning technologies for online classes to promotional photography coverage for video game creators. Now I service the Greater Seattle area shooting events, Behind the Scenes on local indie films and more. I'm always up for a new challenge and adventure! What can we create together?

The McKay Photo Academy tours all over the globe bringing you to breathtaking photo destinations. I am very lucky to be one of the instructors that helps guide budding photographers on some of these journeys.

We went to Italy and I filmed and edited a highlight reel that showcases the beautiful locales we visited and what you can expect to see if you join us. Drone footage filmed by Tobias Gelston, a very talented photo instructor.
