MICROWAVE CORN ON THE COB
(EASY HUSK REMOVAL)
INGREDIENTS
Corn on the cob
Butter
Salt
DIRECTIONS
Place the corn, still in its husk, in the microwave. Cook on high for 3-5 minutes per ear, depending on the size of the corn. Do not overload the microwave; only do 3 small or 2 large at one time.
Carefully take the corn out of the microwave using an oven mitt or towel.
Cut off about an inch from the stem end of the corn.
Hold the uncut end of the corn and gently shake. The husk and silk should slip off easily due to the steam.
Butter, salt, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
8 oz container of chive and onion cream cheese
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 oz package of ranch dressing mix
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
4 - 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 cups Minute rice
Bacon bits for serving
DIRECTIONS
Grease the inside of a slow cooker.
In a microwavable bowl, microwave cream cheese spread for 25 - 30 seconds (soft enough to be stirred).
Add soup, milk, dressing mix, garlic, and pepper to bowl and whisk together.
Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour mixture on top of chicken.
Cook for 4 hours on low.
Right before the chicken is done, make Minute rice according to box instructions.
Serve chicken over rice and top with bacon bits.

4 medium sweet potatoes, baked until soft
¾ stick butter, melted
¾ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup milk
2 eggs
TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup butter, melted
⅓ cup self rising flour
1 cup chopped pecan
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350𝇈F.
Mix the mash ingredients in a 9 x 11 casserole dish.
For the topping, mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the souffle.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Top with the remaining chicken, beans, corn, and 1 cup of cheese
Finish wit the last tortillas, enchilada sauce and cheese
Bake at 375 ℉ for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is boiling on the sides.
