طلبا جماعتوں کو ریگولاہیز کیا جانا چاہیے اور ان سب کو قانون کے ساتھ کھیلنے کی اجازت نہ دی جاۓ۔ قانون کے دائرہ میں رہنے کی ترغیب دی جاۓ اور جو بھی طالب علم قانون کو ہاتھ میں لینے کی کوشش کرے اس کو سخت سے سخت آزادی جاۓ۔ اگر ان تنظیموں نے کوئ مطالبات منوانا ہیں تو وہ قانون کے دائرہ میں رہ کر منوا ہیں۔
ہم سب طلبہ تنظیموں میں رہ چکے ہیں اور مسائل کو سمجھتے ہیں۔
