The Voice hopeful, Tyler James, best friend of Amy Winehouse, revealed how he wanted to kill himself after the troubled star died of drink abuse. Tyler, 30, who met Amy at theatre school when he was 13, said when Amy became successful, things on their group of friends got ­really messy. He said: "“I ended up with a massive alcohol problem and in rehab. I haven’t drunk for three-and-a-half years, but when Amy died it crossed my mind to start again."
He added: “There was a moment when my world just collapsed and I was, like, I’m definitely going to do myself in today."

Tyler says The Voice has given him something to live for. Last night his version of Otis Redding’s Dock Of The Bay won Will.i.am’s vote and sent him through.

He is convinced Amy is looking down. He said: “I think she’d be surprised I’m on something like this, but I think she will be pleased.”

Stella McCartney finally unveiled her Adidas Team GB kit for the upcoming Olympics this week after working on it for the past 2 years. She took inspiration from the Union Jack and modelled the patriotic outfits on over 30 athletes. So now they’ll look great whilst winning gold for Great Britain!
