تعلن عن تنظيم مسابقة في مجال تصوير وإخراج ومضات مصورة وذلك وفقاً للضوابط التالية:
1-ألا تتجاوز مدة الومضة ( 90 تسعين / ثانية ).
2-أن يعكس مضمون الومضة مبدأ حرية التعبير بأي شكل فني كان دون مساس بالأخلاق والآداب العامة.
3-يحق لكل مشارك تقديم ع
ملين اثنين وللجنة الفرز المفاضلة بينهما لدخول المنافسة.
4-ترسل المشاركات مسجلة على أقراص مدمجة (DVD) مرفوقة ببيانات المشارك وذلك على العنوان المبين على الشاشة 218217222888+ أو يمكن تحميلها على الموقع YouTube و إرسال الرابط على عنوان البريد الالكتروني

Libya One TV in collaboration with the Cultural Section of the US Embassy in Tripoli announces the launch of “Inta Leebie Hurr” (You’re a free Libyan) a contest to encourage the creative expression of free speech & expression in newly liberated Libya through the medium of film & video. General information, contest rules & guidelines:
-Entries must be original content.
-Contestants can be an individual or a group.
-Each contestant (or those submitting as a group) is limited to only two (2) entries for consideration.
-Each entry is NOT to exceed 90 sec in length.
-Entries must respond to the theme of the contest, “promoting freedom of expression in Libya”
-Contestant must be 14 years or older at the time of submission.
-The contest is only open to Libyan citizens all over the world.
-No entries will be returned.
-By entering, contestant(s) 14-17 years of age certify that they have received permission from their parents or guardian to participate in the contest.
-By submitting an entry the contestant affirms that he or she has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents and permission to use all material depicted in the video, including but not limited to consent from all individuals whose image or likeness appears in the video. Failure to obtain such rights & consents may result in the disqualification of the entry at the contest sponsors’ sole discretion.
-Entries must adhere to the norms of civil discourse and should not contain material that might be considered abusive, inflammatory or disrespectful to other groups or individuals.
-Contestants retain ownership of their entries. However, by submitting an entry to the contest, contestants grant the contest sponsors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the entries in any media format and through any media channels in connection with the business of Libya One TV. Judging Process:
-All entries will be screened by Libya One TV to ensure compliance with the official rules of the contest. All entries will be judged by the contest sponsors (Libya One TV & the Cultural Section of the US Embassy in Tripoli)
-The criteria for judging are;
*Originality.
*Creativity.
*Effectiveness.
*Production quality.
-Two grand prize winners and 10 honorable mentions will be selected. How to submit entries:
1-Deliver entries on DVDs or on video tape (DVcam-Beta etc.) to (address)
