I just want to give a shout out to all young people as I think you are the best! Yes, young people are so much more kinder, more thoughtful, more generous, and less racist than my generation. The future is in great hands! 🤗🥰 Yesterday my car would not open. I kept pressing the electronic key to open the door but it would not respond at all. It was cold and raining.

It finally occurred to me than the key was too cold so it needed to be warmed up! I had no choice but to ask someone for help. I spotted this young man nearby, a stranger, but I went up to him and asked for his help and he did not hesitate. It took 3 tries before it worked. I thank God for that young man and I thanked him.

Afterwards I thought I should have shown him more appreciation or invited him to eat at Fulltastevegan.com but he probably wouldn’t have accepted it as what he did was normal for his generation, which is good. So I just want to say thank you to all Young people for being so kind and thoughtful.

Bread rolls, canned vegetables and chicken breasts are among the worst culprits (of high sodium) in the US.

Cooking at home where you have more control over the salt shaker while making your meal is best.
