Cutters Studios is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team full-time at Dictionary Films.
The primary responsibilities are to support and assist Dictionary Films producers and staff. This role is based in Chicago, IL and while we are not yet back in the office daily, we do expect to return to the workplace soon.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide support in managing production schedules, travel, locations, catering, equipment rentals and transportation for the prep/shoot/wrap of commercial projects
- Assist in both on-set and internal billing processes
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible work schedules
- Aptitude to work independently or as part of a larger production team
- Competence in working remotely as well as in a production office
Skills & Requirements:
- Passion and dedication to video/film production
- Data entry and project/process management skills
- Strengths in communications, organization, and file management
- Proficiencies in Showbiz Budgeting, Microsoft Office, and Keynote a big plus
- Experience on set and in production planning is advantageous, but not required
- Capable of multitasking and changing direction to adapt to the current needs of a project
- Ability to organize and manage priorities
- Developing knowledge of industry standards
