Founded in 1913 and named for the family of founder Mario Prada, the company originally sold imported English animal goods before transitioning to waterproof nylon fabrics in the 1970s under the leadership of Mario’s granddaughter, Miuccia Prada and her husband Patrizio Bertelli. By the 1990s, Prada was perceived as a luxury brand, a designation credited to originality in its designs. To further the business, Miuccia Prada founded Miu Miu as a subsidiary of Prada around this time period.

There is just something truly special about the Fendi quality, design, sophistication and comfort that is unmatched! I’ll always be a “Fun Furs” kinda guy!

Yes, the double F’s you see on Fendi are a nod to the fashion houses time with Karl Lagerfeld. In 1966 he created the company logo, a double F in a square. The F’s are also to pay homage to the brands beginning in 1925. At the time, Fendi was notably know for fur luxury goods.

Loewe is a Spanish luxury fashion house specializing in leather goods, clothing, perfumes and other fashion accessories. The brand was founded in 1846 in Madrid, Spain. 😎
