Stop Identifying with it. Willingness
When it comes to changing anything upon our planet, we must first be willing to see the reality of what is.
This is true for when we want to make personal changes and for when we want to make collective changes.
If we are not first willing to have everything we even knew put into question, we can not fully drop in with the transformation available to us. We must be willing to question everything. To see deeper truths. To be shocked and overwhelmed by the things we didn’t know.
This is part of the process. It is the death portal, where all that is not truth must go to die. Only from there can we really hope to create anything that is aligned with our highest expression and that of our planet.
Anywhere that you are clinging to an identity is an invitation to go

Innocent. Up until now. I am good enough
Today, can you hold the past versions of you with compassion. Can you offer yourself the love and understanding that you wish you had received in times past where you acted out of pain?
Can you recognise that just because you have acted from your wounds and pain in the past, doesn’t mean you have to continue to.
As we grow and evolve, the way we show up and interact with the world changes. Let it.
And remember to offer that compassion to yourself so you don’t end up spiralling in self deprecation. When you know better you do better. And forgive yourself for the times when you didn’t know better 🖤

THURSDAY 7/12/23
Willingness. Wake up
Today feels like a bit of a reality check. Asking us what it is that we’re available for? What have you been giving time and space and energy, that you don’t need to be?
What is taking up space that could be dedicated to growth and evolution? What are you spending your energy on that isn’t serving your highest expression?
Everything that we are not changing, we are choosing.
But there’s great opportunity in that, because if the choice is ours then the power is also ours.

WEDNESDAY 6/12/23
Growth. Gentle okayness. Who am I?
We’re in a time of rapid change. And as the external world is shifting and old structures are crumbling, it can also stir up all sorts of discomfort within us.
Raising the question of who we are without this external context.
And it’s an important question to sit with. Remember that it’s ok to not have the answer right away though.
Sometimes the medicine lies in being able to find comfort in the discomfort. Being able to traverse the void when in between realities. Being able to allow and trust the process instead of rushing it in order to find some solidity and definition.
Surrender to the fact that everything is a bit up in the air right now collectively as we go through a huge process of evolution. You’re not meant to know exactly who you are within this just yet, because it’s not yet time to emerge from the chrysalis.

MONDAY 4/12/23
Be artistic. Brilliant. Past is gone
We’re allowed to create something new.
We’re allowed to make changes. To decide that things get to be different for us. To start over fresh. To leave behind that which is no longer a fit.
And we’re especially allowed to do it even when those around you seem to be anchoring even deeper into that which is familiar in order to create a feeling of safety. Don’t let the status quo fool you.
Just because something is familiar, does not necessarily mean it is good for you or as safe as your ego will try to convince you it is.
You’re allowed to dream up the wildest and most magical things for yourself and then go do and pursue!

SUNDAY 3/12/23
Travel. Touch
As you go about your day, can you invite and cultivate a greater sense of presence? As you move through the world, become aware of the things you’re seeing, hearing, feeling, noticing. Become aware of the world around you, rather than consumed in the world within or in your hand.
Which is so easy to do. And if you actually stop and put the phone away when you’re out in the world, you quickly notice how almost everyone’s head is bowed and no one is noticing what’s going on around them, because they’re only noticing what’s on their screen.
The more we can cultivate presence within our day to day movements, the more we are able to receive our lives.

Go Within. Reach Out.
A bit of a contradiction straight up lol. But the message here is that when you are communicating with others, to be aware of the place your communication is coming from.
When we take the time to be present and tune in with what is true and alive for us, it’s easier to communicate that truth clearly with others, in a way they can really receive.
When we are speaking from our own wounding or stories or pre-conceptions or just reacting without taking pause, it can be easy for others to mis-receive or misunderstand what we are putting out there.
Today practice taking a moment to breathe and drop into presence before engaging with the world.

FRIDAY 1/12/23
Self Love. Peace
What a vibe to be welcomed back with.
In times that are wild and chaotic and uncertain, we often feel like the last thing we should be doing is focussing on ourselves. We feel guilty if we take our eyes off what’s going on in the world and the suffering of others. Often we can start to believe that our own suffering shows our solidarity.
But the truth is that the more we prioritise that which is truly loving and that which is truly peaceful, the more we can emanate that outwards. Which doesn’t mean to ignore the suffering in the world. But it just means to make sure we’re doing whatever we need to do in order to actually be able to show up in service to this evolutionary shift.
Which means that caring for and loving ourselves must also be included.
Peace is found in knowing we’re able to show up in the most powerful way available.

Wednesday 25/10/23 Communication coming. Dissolve into here. Write. Strength and courage.
If you do not have a regular journalling practice, there is an invitation here to begin one. It’s truly one of the most transformational and accessible tools I could recommend. I use it daily and to great effect. In fact, I just finished a huge journaling session and discovered so much.
There’s something that happens when you put pen to paper and let the words flow out. With no filter, no judgement, no gate keeping. Often I write so fast that it’s barely legible to even me haha.
The point is that you’re allowing the things in your head and the feelings in your body to have a place to be put. Moving them through allows you to see deeper. As you write out one thing, suddenly you see the truth of it and what’s underneath.
I was journaling about anger and realised that of course there’s something underneath because anger is a protector. As I continued to write out what I was thinking and feeling, suddenly I realised my anger at another was actually protecting me from the truth that I haven’t been choosing myself.
I wouldn’t have come to this realisation if I’d kept all these feelings and thoughts inside, stewing and looping inside of me. By actively moving them through and giving them a space to live that’s not jut inside of me, I was able to gain this great insight and have some space to actually understand what was going on.
The truth is that we can’t change anything we aren’t first willing to see and be honest about.

Tuesday 24/10/23 Empower self. Self love. Follow my knowing.
When the storm rages, the best thing we can do is to take refuge in internal stillness and gather our resources. We must come home to ourselves and strengthen from the inside, so that when it is time to step up and out, we’re resourced to do so.
We must prioritise our our internal worlds, so that we may bring strength and clarity and groundedness to our interactions with the external world.
You don’t pour from an empty cup. You don’t save someone from drowning by jumping in the water unless you know you’re a strong swimmer.
Similarly, you don’t join a revolution when you’re feeling exhausted and weak. You first take a moment to recharge and align. So that when you step in, you do so actually able to assist and give your best.
A lot of people will tell you that you should be giving all of you all the time. But they’re likely the same people who give all of themselves all the time, only to end up resentful and reactionary, undoing a lot of the good work they do by causing further emotional damage.
You’re allowed and encouraged to care for yourself and take a step back as you need it. It doesn’t make you selfish. It means you’re in it for the long haul and for more than just the image or accolades.

Monday 23/10/23 Time alone. Witness, don’t identify. Overwhelming.
It’s important to create space and time to be able to not only feel our feelings, but also to go into a state of deep self awareness. Which means creating space between us and whatever it is we’re feeling the feelings about - enough space so that we can not be so reactive and instead be able to see what stories/patterns/beliefs/wounds might be dictating our reactions and responses.
Taking time and space to be with what is and to be able to be honest about where it’s coming from. When we are constantly engaged in something, it can be easy to just focus on the external and miss what’s actually going on internally.
If things feel extra overwhelming, you’re invited to carve out some time and space to be able to breathe and be with what’s moving under the surface.

Sunday 22/10/23 Travel. One step at a time.
Where are you heading? What visions are you holding for the path ahead? Are you so caught up in the moment that you fail to see in front of you and where you’re actually headed? Or conversely are you so focused on the future that you miss what’s right here?
It’s important to find a balance and harmony between knowing where you’re headed and being present with the moment. And that means also being willing to course correct, pivot or change direction when your knowing tells you to.
Being willing to realise if where you were headed is no longer in alignment. Or that there’s ways of being that aren’t serving who you know yourself to be at your core.
Don’t let the outside noise tell you that in order to be valuable in this time that you need to be one certain way. You’re free to decide what that means for yourself.
Keep your eye on the bigger picture while unlocking presence in each moment.

Saturday 21/10/23 Be vulnerable. Gratitude
I think a truth that can be acknowledged pretty widely at the moment is that a lot of us are
F E E L I N G I T
at the moment. There is a lot of super fcking intense and overwhelming stuff going on and being broadcasted into our awareness all day.
Did you know that it’s actually ok to just be overwhelmed by it all? It’s ok if you don’t really know what to do with all of this information or how you should best help.
It’s ok if it’s making you feel all sorts of stuff - like I’m always saying - please actually feel it. Try to catch yourself when you’re numbing or distracting. Try to actively move the emotion through your body and system rather than turning away from it.
It IS a really full on time on planet earth right now. And therefore it’s completely normal to be feeling that full on-ness.
Can you be honest with yourself about that? Can you be honest about what you’re feeling and that perhaps you don’t have all the answers or solutions. And maybe you don’t actually need to. And that you definitely don’t need to put that pressure on yourself.
Can you allow yourself to feel grateful for the emotions and the experience of feeling all these things, even if they’re super fcking overwhelming and full on and uncomfortable/painful/upsetting etc?
Can you still be grateful for the experience of being human even when it’s a super fcking challenging thing to be?

Friday 20/10/23 Surrender. Dissolve into here. Who am I?
Time to come home to truth. Time to bring your energy and awareness and attention back from all the outside distractions.
Come back to the question of who you truly are - what is important to you? What is truth at your core? What are your highest values?
Anchor in with this truth and it will be much easier to not be swayed by all the external influences.
You already know your truth. You just need to make space and time to hear it

Thursday 19/10/12 You’re on track. Love joy freedom
I love when these cards show up. Because no matter how many times we hear it, we can always use the reminder right?
No matter how much we declare that we trust the process, once the process starts process-ing, we swiftly begin to doubt right? So the invitation here is to come back to the truth that you’re on track.
That love, joy and freedom are all available to you in this moment. These re frequencies and vibrations that you can tune in with. You don’t need to reach some imaginary point or hit some goal before you allow yourself to experience those feelings.
And also - be aware of the times that you see others suffering and conflate he;ing with needing to be suffering yourself. We don’t help someone who is drowning by getting in the water and drowning ourselves.
So just because there is great suffering in the world, doesn’t mean you need to repress or shame your own love, joy or freedom. In fact, the more we can amplify these things, the more available they become in the collective consciousness. Now that doesn’t necessarily mean you experiencing freedom will automatically free another. And absolutely we must feel what is true and not bypass the feelings about what’s going on in our world.
But also know that you’re still allowed to celebrate love and joy even in the face of hatred and suffering. Counteract those by being an example of love, joy and freedom.

Tuesday 17/10/23 Travel. Let go the story. Romance
Don’t forget, amongst the chaos and the turbulence, to remember love. To prioritise love in all its forms. To romanticise your life. To find the places where love still resides and amplify them.
Often when we see others suffering, we feel that it is unjust or insensitive for us to experiencing anything other than suffering. But in truth, it’s through prioritising joy, love and affection where we can, that we are able to keep ourselves afloat and therefore offer true solace as we are able to.
Today don’t forget that you don’t have to drown in the heaviness of it all just to show your solidarity. A life raft that is sinking is not a life raft at all.
So, remember buoyancy. Prioritise the things that help you to emanate love from your being. Come back to your centre. Remember love as a dominant vibration.
And allow that to be what you send out into the world.

Monday 16/10/12 Decide. I am Heard. Service. Own My Idea.
In these times of turbulence and turmoil, you’re allowed (and encouraged) to decide what it is that is real and true to you. If you look to the outside to confirm and affirm truth for you, you will receive constantly conflicting messages. If you decide what your truth is based on what you think other people expect or want from you, the truth you connect to will constantly change. All of this leads to a war raging inside. And that leads to wars raging outside.
The only thing we can rely on is that which truly comes from within us. A truth that is neither diminished or threatened by others having truths that do not match our’s.
It’s when our ‘truth’ is not based in that actual rock solid place of truth, that we then feel the need to convince and force others to believe and agree with us.
We must now each come home to ourselves and what it is we know. Because at our core we know love, empathy, compassion, understanding.
Separation and division and hatred are born out of being disconnected from this internal truth.
Use this time to view where you’re still harbouring these untruths and adjust accordingly.

Sunday 15/10/23 Empower Self. Wake Up. Expansion. Guidance
The theme of this eclipse and new moon that I’m seeing, is that there comes a time when we are able to just decide what continues to be true for us and what doesn’t. You’re invited to become exceedingly aware of how you allow external narratives and influences to shape your view of reality.
It’s more important now that ever before, to realise that a lot of the way we understand the world is coming from both what we’re being told from the outside, and what we’ve come to believe from that programming from the outside over time.
The truth is that we have a wellspring of information and knowing within us. But we prioritise the external noise, because we feel like we have to do that in order to fit in and be accepted.
But if more of us were able to stand up and openly share our truth, even if it *seems* that no one else is feeling the same, then we would see that often others ARE feeling the same. But it took that one person to actually stop and feel into and then share their truth for others to then start tuning in and recognising their truth as well.
Check in with everything you think you believe and feel. Is that actually your truth? Is that actually the experience you’re having? Or is it just what you’re being told. Is it just what you think you should be feeling. Discernment is key at this time. You have the information inside of yourself already.
