Originally made for the City of Huntington's 150th Celebration Good Time Show. They hated it.

Apparently upon seeing this, Communications Director for the City of Huntington said "How did you film this? All these people are dead and there weren't cameras back then?" The Mayor threw up in his mouth a little (allegedly).

It's the 3 year anniversary of when we first premiered "Out of State" upstairs at the old Black Sheep! Maybe one of the most whirlwind projects we ever got to make. We've made a lot since then, but this will always go down as one of the coolest projects we ever got to work on. Only because it took so many ridiculously cool and talented people that we love.

If you watch our last 2 HMAF films, you understand why we are big fans of Story Moosa. She's a terrific actor and great to have on set. Nate had the chance to interview her for this project and we think you'll like it.

Our first interview is UP! Story Moosa: Marshall graduate, actor, southerner.

She joined us to talk about working on different film projects in the state, both on camera and behind camera. Thank you Story for talking with us!

Here is the final edition of our film that screened last night at the Huntington Music & Arts Festival 72 Hour Film Sprint.

We loved the cut that played last night but it wasn't what we set out to make. This version of A Brush with Death is a little more refined.

It was so awesome to play this with so many ridiculously entertaining films last night. If you want to see our original version (the one from last night) it's available on our YouTube!

Also a special thanks to Jewel City Barber Shop for letting us shoot there! Go to them for all your haircut needs.

Hello June is phenomenal. We love their music, obviously. So much so we put their sticker plain as day on the Open Tab set. Their lead singer has the chance to talk about making music in small towns on a SXSW panel. People need to hear about all the ruckus awesome bands like Hello June are making in places like WV. If you support cool stuff coming from the place you live (you should) and have 2 minutes (you do) go make an account on PanelPicker and VOTE FOR THIS PANEL TO HAPPEN. Then tell your friends to do the same.

The final episode of Before The Bomb.

We had a ton of fun making this show. Weirdly enough, while it was us just goofing off in different towns, we really took away a new appreciation for the state. We talked to a lot of cool people, saw beautiful places, explored some lore, and ate some bombshell food.

Whether you liked or not, or even played video games: There's a bunch of cool stuff in our home state to connect with. Take every chance you can to do so.

But the most important thing we learned...Don't eat Tudor's, Hillbilly Hotdog, and Pepperoni Rolls in one day.
