RPM is a 501 c 3 who pulls 95 % + of their rescues from BARC. BARC is the City of Houston's Animal Shelter who is charged with accepting all animals surrendered to them regardless of health issues or temperament. The Snowdrop Foundation said the stolen, irreplaceable guitars had been signed by stars such as Steven Tyler and the late Dusty Hill. The auction was going to raise money for pediatric cancer patients.
