We understand that not everyone has access to the Internet. This makes sharing our information with others quite difficult. To solve this problem we have created a poster and book that will help sharing with friends and family much easier. It contains all the necessary health and nutrition information that will guide people who want to make the transition from a meat eater to a vegan. We understand the road to being an alkaline vegan is not an easy one. But with time, dedication, discipline and love for self, we can all get to where we want to be.
Our poster contains 109 alkaline fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, oils, herbs and spices. Including nut & seed butters that are safe to eat. Not only that we have also included the benefits of each food listed. Dr Sebi also recommends all the foods within the nutrition guide.
