We've tackled projects as small as framing a piece of stained glass to building a chair to complete a set to fireplace mantels and bookcases to large home theater pieces to an entire recording studio. We design, build and install quality pieces that match or fit well with existing architectu

re. In the design stage of a project we work closely with you to learn your needs, wants and functionality of the piece. We offer detailed drawings to insure client satisfaction from the beginning of the process. We are a small but efficient company that quotes reasonable pricing for quality woodwork and cabinetry that lasts a lifetime. Investing in a custom piece from Alden Woodworks will undoubtedly increase the value of your home. Well designed built-in cabinetry gives your home beauty, style and function which makes living in your space more enjoyable. Our first meeting to discuss your project is free of charge. Here we will discuss budget and your vision of the piece and I will offer suggestions based on my experience and knowledge as an artist and fabricator. This meeting will give you a "ballpark" price of your project but further consideration is necessary for contract pricing. Remember, custom pieces do not exist until they are first imagined.

Walnut coffee table available for sale.

Additional pantry cabinets to match an older cherry kitchen. Not much call for cherry cabinets with raised panel doors these days so it was a good experience including the shop made crown and dentil molding.

Everyone wants inset cabinetry these days. I’m on my third inset project in a row. It’s a classic and clean look to be sure but requires a bit more attention to detail in the shop. I think I’m getting the hang of it.
