🚫 IMPORTANT POST - PLEASE READ 🚫
😭 Yesterday was disappointing. 😭 Youtube failed around 10 times during the premiere for my latest video. It caused buffering, freezing and chunks of the video to disappear during the stream. That obviously made for a terrible viewing experience, but it's also destroyed the video's performance, its watch-time and reach. If you're reading this, we'd love your help getting the video back on track - if you can watch it in full, leave a comment, hit like and share the video out into the community - it would mean so much to us.
💖 We poured a lot of time and work into this one. We spent three entire nights at the venue and have edited this whilst on the road in between overnight investigations. It was also the longest investigation video I've ever released and one I was particularly proud of.
😡 Whilst Youtube wasn't much help, stating there was no issue during the premiere (when we sent video proof there clearly was), and telling me to just wait 48 hours (when the stream would have long since finished) there were some positives that came from this stressful premiere. 🥰 The love and support shown to us from our Cryptkeepers was immense! Once again, I will apologize to everyone who took the time out of their day to join our stream and watch an Amy's Crypt episode, only for it to not run smoothly. So many people have already left comments after rewatching ( ) or stuck through until the end of the premiere despite how clunky it was. We're so grateful to have you here. 🥰
Side note, we're coming to the end of a really massive trip and videos will return at a more consistent pace in time for spooky season. We've got a lot to be excited for and look forward to. Thanks again for the continued support.
