PRIDE: One must be so careful of pride. “Pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall.” Pr. 16:18.
Pride is deceptive, lurking in secret, it will try and take glory for what God has done in and through you.
It must be dealt with or it will open the door to the flesh and all kinds of moral failure.
Achievements done through the leadership of the Holy Spirit, in the right spirit (in a spirit of humility, through Christ and for His glory) should produce in us a gratefulness and more humility, not arrogance.
Let us make sure that our works are wrought (made or done) in Christ and not in the flesh; lest we should lose all reward and have labored in vain.

Salvation is so much more than just a passport to heaven.
There is no salvation apart from Him.
Salvation is deliverance
Salvation is restoration
Salvation is healing
Salvation is walking in the Spirit and abiding in Him.
Salvation is walking and living in relationship with God and not being bound by human limitations.
There is no salvation apart from relationship with Him.
He is I AM and I AM is in you!

If we are to be used by God, let us walk in love and in obedience to the Word of God.
Let us cultivate intimacy and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
Step out on the leading and promptings of Holy Spirit, being quick to hear and follow.
They that do the work need the power and they that don’t do it, don’t need it.

We were all created to worship. What you worship, you serve.
Some have made idols of money, s*x, drugs, houses, cars etc. etc.
We become subject to the pleasures we embrace.
Paul said it like this, “For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” Gal. 6:8
To who or what we give our allegiance, of the same we will be subject;
whether it be to sin or to righteousness.
I choose to serve the Lord Jesus Christ and be subject to his righteousness.
There is no greater liberty!

One of our greatest hinderances to walking in faith is the carnal mind.
Human reasoning was made for the earthly realm. One cannot understand or comprehend spiritual things with human carnal reasoning.
It is man's attempt to figure God out, which is impossible. God is on a different plane.
Man does not choose God, He first bids you "come."
If you could ascend to God through human intellect and reasoning, the end result would be pride.
Revelation on the other hand is God descending to you, feeding you with wisdom and knowledge by His Spirit.
Some will say, how can I hear His voice? We come through the cross. As we humble ourselves in repentance and open our hearts we will receive from Him.
It's not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit says the Lord. No flesh will glory in His Presence. Unless we humble ourselves as the little child we cannot enter the kingdom of God. The knowledge and wisdom of God is hidden from the wise and prudent and revealed unto babes.
Oh, the wisdom and the grace of God! His ways are past finding out; they must be revealed. 1Cor.1:18-2:16

We need to look at one another through the heart of God and love people for who they are, not for what they did or did not do in the past, or are doing in the present, nor for what they can do for us.
We must love with the Holy Agape love of Christ through the Holy Spirit.
For those who are hard to love, remember, He first loved us, while we were yet dead in our trespasses and sins.
