We start 2025 with a look back at 2024: To remind ourselves of the everything that has happened and to remember to celebrate and, learn from, it; to have fun making slides that look like these slides look; to say thank you.

OIL066 - Atusji - Slowboat til Asakusa

Today, we're releasing Atusji's third album, Slowboat til Asakusa. Terkel Atsushi Røjle (Atusji) grew up in Japan and the album title refers to a canal boatride that his family and a family they were friends with used to take together. When Terkel's family moved to Denmark, the two families' paths diverged and the thought of the different routes that life takes has become a prism through which to look at culture and mind; the different ways we deal with identity and with loss.

It's a beautiful album and we're happy to finally share it with you
