MOI MOI RECIPE.
Alot of people have separate ways of cooking and i am sure it tastes super great, but this is my method.
1. Select and soak your iron beans in water for about 20mins before washing and peeling off the skin.
Take your time. Food wey go done go done.
2. After you peel the skin off, wash again and put in a clean bowl,
3. Add two bulbs of washed onions, tatashe, ball pepper and crayfish/oporo to the washed beans.
You fit choose to no add am. Life no hard.
4. Take it to the grinder and make sure it's grounded multiple times until it comes out like smooth or****ic fluids.
5. Carry the grounded beans home. In that bowl, add one cup of hot water and stri well for 10mins. Add vegetable oil, salt and seasoning cubes for taste.
Bruh! Whisk that thing! Put energy into it. Na your sweat nai you go chop o. Taste to confirm if you are comfortable with the outcome.
6. But water for big pot and allow to boil. Nkw, this is it, if you no get foil or plantain leaves or small plates, omo, use white waterproof! I have used it. It came out well.
7. Put the moi moi batter in any of the materials you want to cook it in. You can add egg, fish, isam, kulikuli. If you no get, life gkes on. Just put the moi moi, tie/close properly and insert inside the boiling water.
8. Check from time to time. But, in 20mins, it should be ready. Depending on heat.
