I tested this Frozen Chocolate Banana Bar recipe for my baby and she loved 😍

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (works with other fruits)
- 1 container of whole natural yogurt (180 ml)
- 1 ½ tablespoons of pure cocoa powder
- Optional: ½ cup of soaked raisins

*Preparation Steps:*
1. Combine the yogurt,1 banana, and the cocoa powder in a blender or food processor, blending until the mixture is creamy and smooth. If you're adding raisins, use a blender to mix them with the other ingredients.
2. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
3. Slice the second banana into thin rounds and arrange them on top of the mixture.
4. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours and enjoy cold.

*Storage and Shelf Life:* These treats can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month, or in a deep freezer for up to 3 months.

*Yogurt Selection Tip:* Choose a yogurt that lists only milk and live cultures in its ingredients.

*Serving Suggestion:* Suitable for babies from 6 months old, provided the individual ingredients have been introduced separately. Although this recipe contains less than a third of a serving of dairy, it’s best to offer it occasionally. After 1 year of age, it can be served more frequently.
