Since 2012, it has morphed into an online only publication broadening its audience to include Haitians from all over the world. The newspaper is widely regarded as the most authoritative voice for Haitian Diaspora. It is also considered one of the best ethnic media publications in the United States.

Wadson Dumé, the younger brother of the Haitian singer, reported that the rising star went missing on the morning of Aug. 25 after leaving home to purchase a soda from a nearby store in Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic. He was without his phone and dressed in pajamas at the time.
