One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned—both personally and professionally—is the power of using my voice. Whether through leadership, advocacy, mentorship, or storytelling, our voices have the ability to inspire change, foster collaboration, and push us all toward excellence.

I’m incredibly grateful for my coworkers, colleagues, and friends who have been a constant source of encouragement, inspiration, and light. Your support continues to remind me that we are all here for a purpose—and part of that purpose is to speak up, share our experiences, and contribute to growth in meaningful ways.

Whatever your voice looks like, don’t be afraid to use it. It matters more than you know. 🖤

Nine years ago today, my world nearly shattered—my beautiful, vibrant, and brilliant little girl stopped breathing at just two months old. In a panic, I laid her tiny body on the hardwood floor and performed CPR, my mind racing with fear: What if I lose her? What if I’m doing this wrong?

By God’s grace, she’s here today—thriving, strong, and full of life. Looking at her now, you’d never know the story.

This is my reminder to all parents: Get CPR certified. Learn the signs. Be prepared. It can save a life…

Our CEO, Rosa Beckett, delivered a heartfelt welcome that was met with thunderous applause, beautifully connecting the strength and resilience of our airports—JAN and HKS—with Dr. King’s enduring legacy of impact in our communities and across the globe.
