Achtung: Es kann nicht mehr mit Geräte empfangen werden, die nicht HD sind!
Dafür wird eine Satellitenschüssel mit einem Universal-LNB und einem digitalen DVB-S2-Receiver benötigt.
In modernen Fernsehern ist der HD-Digitalreceiver bereits eingebaut. Achten Sie auf 2 Antennenanschlüsse: Terr und Sat
Um die volle Klangqualität wiederzugeben, kann der Receiver an eine HiFi-Anlage angeschlossen werden.
Bei einigen Receivern (Decoder oder Fernseher) müssen Sie an Ihrem Empfangsgerät einen "Manuellen" Sendersuchlauf durchführen und die neuen Frequenzen manuell eingeben.

Normativa para instalar parabólica en comunidad de vecinos:

Uno de los conflictos que más se prodigan entre los propietarios/as y vecinos/as de una finca: instalar parabólica en comunidad de vecinos. La duda que siempre ha imperado sobre la viabilidad de poder instalar individualmente una antena sin contar con el resto de propietarios/as se mantiene a día de hoy, y es obligatorio aclarar la controversia para el mejor funcionamiento de la convivencia en una ficha

¿Podemos instalar una antena individual y no comunitaria? La respuesta es sí, y nos apoyaremos en las normas jurídicas que sustentan toda esta coyuntura relacionada con las antenas parabólicas en los edificios de viviendas.

Normativa para instalar parabólica en comunidad de vecinos
A lo largo de los años el acto de instalar parabólica en comunidad de vecinos ha estado regulado por diferentes normas jurídicas. Debemos atender a estas dos principalmente:

Real Decreto-Ley 1/98

Real Decreto sobre Infraestructuras Comunes en los Edificios para el Acceso a los Servicios de Telecomunicaciones, en vigencia desde el 1 de marzo de 1998.

Reconoce el derecho de los propietarios/as e inquilinos/as en régimen de alquiler, a la instalación o modificación de antenas parabólicas y demás infraestructuras relacionadas, y al disfrute de los servicios que éstas proporcionen. Además, pone en un mismo nivel de procedimiento jurídico la instalación de antenas terrestres y la instalación de antenas parabólicas.

Ley 8/99 de Reforma de la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal

Norma que rige el régimen jurídico de la Propiedad Horizontal que trata de flexibilizar, adecuar y facilitar los acuerdos en el seno de cualquier finca de propietarios/as a través de diferentes medidas. Por ejemplo, con la norma de la mayoría en lugar de la unanimidad, que se ve reflejada en la necesidad de acuerdos por mayoría de un tercio para la instalación de antenas parabólicas (antenas colectivas) y otras infraestructuras de telecomunicaciones.

Información determinante a la hora de instalar antenas parabólicas en la comunidad
Otra duda muy común entre los usuarios/as es cuando hablamos de instalar parabólica en comunidad de vecinos es la de si la finca puede negarse de algún modo a este hecho. La respuesta es no, ya que es un derecho constitucional el que tenemos todos los ciudadanos/as a tener acceso a la información a través del medio y formato que nos interese.

Ante cualquier duda al respecto, ya sabéis que la figura del administrador de fincas es a la que debéis acudir para que os detalle las directrices a seguir para instalar parabólica en comunidad de vecinos. Está entre sus obligaciones y responsabilidades.

Más datos a tener en cuenta para resolver otras dudas sobre la materia de las parabólicas:

No es necesaria aprobación en Junta para el hecho de instalar una antena.
Sí que se necesita aprobación por mayoría de un tercio de los propietarios/as con cuotas de participación, o en su defecto, aquellos/as que les representen en el acto, cuando es más de un tercio de los propietarios/as los que desean la instalación con el fin de determinar el reparto de gastos.
Cuando es menos de un tercio quien solicita la instalación, tan sólo deberán comunicárselo al presidente de la comunidad y/o administrador de fincas.
En este caso, el representante de la comunidad tendrá 15 días para responder a la demanda de los propietarios/as.
Debemos poder acceder a los servicios que otorga la antena parabólica en un plazo de 3 meses desde la petición formal. Si no se produce tal respuesta, estamos habilitados a comenzar los trabajos de acomodación de infraestructuras e instalación.
Los gastos corren a cuenta de los interesados, y no de la comunidad (cuando es menos de un tercio quien los solicita).
La infraestructura podrá ser utilizada en el futuro por otros propietarios/as, debiendo éstos compartir los gastos correspondientes.
Si es sólo un vecino el que quiere ponerse la antena parabólica, tiene derecho a ello, sin necesidad de acuerdo con el resto de propietarios/as de la comunidad. Sin embargo, se debe hacer partícipe a la finca de sus planes. La ruta a seguir por tanto, para no caer en errores de procedimiento sería:

Hablar con el presidente de la finca a efectos de que se organice una junta para comunicar al resto de propietarios de nuestras intenciones.
Dejar claro que los gastos de instalación y mantenimiento corren a cargo del propietario que solicita la antena.
Definir el lugar de instalación (será necesario un consenso de un tercio de los asistentes con derecho a participación).
Hacer públicas las fechas de la instalación para común conocimiento de todos los vecinos/as.
Si algún otro vecino/a deseara aprovecharse de esa antena para contratar individualmente servicios audiovisuales, estaría obligado a abonar la parte proporcional a los gastos de mantenimiento y adaptación.

Lugar donde instalar parabólica en comunidad de vecinos
Desde hace un tiempo, siempre en la parte superior de los edificios, nunca en fachadas o ventanas. La Ley de Infraestructuras Comunes de Telecomunicaciones en los Edificios así lo determina cuando se trata de antenas parabólicas, sin importar el uso que se les vaya a otorgar. Eso sí, ha de ser una zona común de la finca.

Si se pretende instalar en un área privada (ante la imposibilidad de hacerlo en una zona comunitaria por falta de condiciones) deberemos recurrir a las ordenanzas municipales de cada localidad para conocer las normativas al respecto.

Conclusiones
La proliferación de antenas parabólicas en las fachadas de los edificios condujo a una regulación de la tendencia para preservar el paisaje urbanístico de las ciudades. En su lugar, se implantaron parabólicas comunitarias para dar servicio a todo los usuarios/as de una comunidad.

Cualquier vecino/a propietario puede solicitar instalar parabólica en comunidad de vecinos como parte de sus derechos individuales recogidos en la Constitución. Incluso si es una única persona quien lo solicite. Si es menos de un tercio de los propietarios/as, no hará falta tratarlo en Junta, pero sí notificarlo al presidente de la comunidad.

Al final, que impere un sentido común comunitario, hacer partícipes a los demás de las acciones, aunque sean de carácter privativo, que incumban en zonas comunes de la finca.

Samsung dominates the market for both cheap and high-end TVs, but the sets snagging all the glory are OLED models made by LG. In 2017, Sony started selling OLED TVs too, joining Philips, Panasonic (both selling OLEDs in Europe.
LG and Sony, both of which sell high-end OLED TVs, are rising in high-end share, while Samsung and Vizio, which do not, are falling. And I'm sure LG will get the price of its OLEDs even lower. Samsung's QLED TVs like the Q7 represent its best effort to compete against OLED using tried-and-true LCD technology, but at the end of the day they're still just LCD TVs. Maybe it will take an entirely new display tech to dethrone OLED. A report out of Korea names Samsung's Micro LED as one contender. The technology uses an array of very small, pixel-sized light-emitting diodes to produce an image, doing away with the LCD panel entirely. It can get very bright and can turn each LED off individually, so it can produce absolute black and an infinite contrast ratio (just like OLED).

Today the Eutelsat 9B satellite is launching a new TV platform from the Netherlands. Under the name of Joyne, 30 free and pay TV stations such as Fox Sports HD and Discovery Networks Benelux will be available.

The contract between Joyne and Eutelsat runs over several years and includes several transponders on the orbital position Eutelsat 9B. Pay-TV content is encrypted via the widely used Conax system. For the reception, compact satellite antennas with a diameter of 45 centimeters should be sufficient.
