We were aiming for a Halloween release, but life and Brian having a love life and musical talent pushed the release date a little bit.

We are still going trick or treating with you, just a little later (early November).

Software and mics have been tested and are going beautifully. There’s a learning curve to a degree, but we will figure it out. Movies are getting lined up and ready to go. We are getting psyched.

As things begin to take shape, I think it’s important we discuss what this show is about.

It’s easy to tear apart a piece of media we dislike or don’t understand, and there are plenty of places you can turn to if that sort of thing is what you are looking for, but that’s not who we are or what we are about.

There will surely be some train wreck episodes with us just going for the jugular on some pieces of media, but we just want it to be understood that this is a project born of love between friends with a general interest in pop culture just wanting to have fun. All this being said, if something like Mean Girls pops up down the line, it’s not because we don’t like the movie. It’s because we’ve never seen the movie, and we are taking it all in fresh together.

Please don’t confuse our being idiots for genuine hate. It’s never intended.

As the day of recording draws nearer, we here at SINS Global Communications LLC wish to give thanks and praise to our producer, actual God. He goes by Matt Hawkins in his skin suit, but we know his name to be “The Holy One.”

Where Brian and I are completely clueless on what is “hip” in pop culture, Matt brings with him a vault of random knowledge and media references to keep the show moving without feeling as if we are both just doing things blind and things never progressing anywhere.

Will we make Jonathan Ashley White bigger than Jesus? Are we responsible for his future god-tier rock star status? Are we owed a preemptive “thank you” for making John Mayor look like Tiny Tim in the eyes of future music historians? We aren’t specifically saying “yes” to any of this, but we do hope he remembers his friends in SINS as he makes his climb from local Saddy Daddy heartthrob to Rock N Roll Hall of Fame supreme god.

S**t Ive Never Seen

S**t I’ve Never Seen or SINS is an exploration of pop culture and cult classic movies and TV through the eyes of someone who’s never experienced them. These are the movies and shows that defined generations, genres, and Saturday/Sunday afternoon matinee TV marathons and reruns for decades. The movies and shows that make people mad when you tell them “I’ve never seen that”.

We take a look at the legend, explore the limited knowledge we may have, create our own version based on that myth, then compare it to the actual movie for the first time in at least one of our lives.
