International Journalism Project The International Journalism Project supports and shares the work of independent journalists coverin ATTENTION: The exhibition contains graphic content

The International Journalism Project is created by a team of international journalists who have all shared the hardships and sacrifices you face as an independent journalist in conflict areas. The goal of the IJP Project is to highlight the talents of journalists who are not claimed by anyone and who work independently on their subjects and careers and at their own risk. These experiences are not

usually shared in exhibits or taught in journalism colleges and universities to upcoming journalists with desires to cover conflict and humanitarian issues. The IJP Project is a tool for educating its audience on the issues they have seen daily in the news for the last several years. Also to show its viewers the effort it takes to report on these subjects. The exhibit is a behind the scenes look into to the life of independent journalists covering conflicts.

Our Story

The International Journalism Project supports and shares the work of independent journalists covering conflicts and humanitarian issues worldwide.

Created by a multi-national group of journalists and photographers, IJP arranges exhibitions, journalist medical safety trainings, online sessions, talks, and discussions around the world to share and support the work of independent conflict journalists and provoke debate on the important and consequential role they play in bringing news out of conflict areas to the international public.
