Easy and Cheesy Ranch Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
3 large chopped russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
garlic powder, black pepper and salt to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with the oil and then mix in the ranch seasoning mix.
Place the potatoes as separated as possible onto your baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic power, black pepper and just a touch of salt.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and starting to brown.
Remove them from the oven and evenly sprinkle the cheese over top. Place them back in the oven for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted

Perfect French Toast 😋
INGREDIENTS
8 thick slices bread (a hearty white bread should work, about 1/2″ slices)
1 1/2 cups whole milk, warmed
4 eggs
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted plus extra for skillet
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place bread on a wire rack or baking sheet and bake bread for 7- 8 minutes. Flip, then bake another 8 minutes. Remove from rack and let cool 5 minutes.
Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish.
Soak the bread in the mixture about 20 seconds per side, then transfer to a separate baking sheet, so it doesn’t get soggy.
Lower oven temperature to 200F (to keep cooked french toast warm).
Add butter to a skillet, and cook over low heat. Transfer slices of bread to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Transfer toast to a baking sheet, and place in the oven.
Repeat until all toast is cooked. Serve warm with butter, powdered sugar, and/or maple syrup.

Ingredients

1lb.Sirloin steak
1tsp.Chili powder
½tsp.Paprika
¼tsp.Cumin
¼tsp.Oregano
¼tsp.Garlic powder
¼tsp.Onion powder
¼tsp.Salt
4 Large flour tortillas
2C.Taco blend shredded cheese
½C.Cherry tomatoes sliced
½C.Fire roasted corn drained
½C.Black beans rinsed and drained
½Avocado diced
Lime juice and chopped cilantro for garnish
How To Make Loaded Steak Quesadillas Recipe

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
Season the steak with the spice mixture.
Heat some oil in a skillet over medium high heat and cook the steak until done to your liking. Let rest, and then cut into pieces.
Lay two large flour tortillas on a lined baking sheet, and top with ½ cup of cheese each.
Evenly spread the steak over the two tortillas.
Top the tortillas with the beans, corn, tomatoes and avocado.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the tortillas.
Place two large tortillas on top of each quesadilla.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Slice and serve garnished with fresh lime juice and cilantro.

Homemade Crunch Wrap Supreme
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pound ground beef
1 1.25-ounce package taco seasoning
4 12-inch flour tortillas
½ cup nacho cheese
4 to stada shells
½ cup sour cream
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 Roma tomato, diced
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; stir in taco seasoning. Drain excess fat; set aside.
Heat tortillas according to package instructions.
Heat nacho cheese according to package instructions.
Working one at a time, place ground beef mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with nacho cheese and tostada shell. Spread sour cream in an even layer over the tostada shell; top with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Fold the edges up and over the center. Continue to work your way around the tortilla, folding as tight as possible.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet. Place wrap seam-side down and cook until the underside is golden brown, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook wrap on the other side, about 1-2 minutes longer.
Serve immediately.

Homemade BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups tomato ketchup
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon paprika, or to taste
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, I'll combine all the ingredients. I'll bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
2. I'll adjust the taste by adding more sugar or seasonings if desired, then I'll remove it from heat.
3. Allowing the sauce to cool completely to room temperature, I'll cover and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
