I did a thing a while back! I had the pleasure of mixing an amazing LIVE concert tribute to George Jones in 5.1 surround, featuring some of country music’s biggest stars. It aired on PBS and I think you can still stream it online. There are other clips available on YouTube as well. I usually can’t talk about these things until they come out, but it’s out there! Check it out! It’s a great show!

It’s finally here! The long-awaited album release from Home Free! Dive Bar Saints is now available! Man, I’m so proud of this record, and I hope you like it! Now, go stream the hell out of it! 😁

‪IT’S HERE! 🎉 Our new album is out.

We've been prepping for the release of our new album "Dive Bar Saints" pretty much since the day we released our last album, "Timeless", in September 2017. It's been a 2 years-long effort of writing, recording, re-recording, mixing, videoing, editing, and building a record label to bring this music to you. So to say that after all that work that we are now just excited to share some, new original music with you would be a huge understatement. We're over the moon that this is night is finally here.

Dive Bar Saints is 12 songs--10 new ones, and 2 of our all-time favorite arrangements of incredible classic tunes. Tim and Austin are writers on 4 of the new songs. Some of our incredible and talented songwriter friends contributed other work. Our long-time producer and collaborator Darren Rust helped us to bring the music to life in the studio. It feels like some of our best creative work since we started this new phase of our journey together.

And so we hope you'll celebrate this step with us.

We hope you'll spend some time listening (and re-listening) to this album. If you like it, would mean the world to us if you told all your friends and family about it. And if you hate it, tell your enemies. :)

Well, today we find out if the new top-of the-line Mac Mini 6-core i7 can run my Pro Tools system better than my 2012 Mac Pro 12-core! I purchased a Sonnet Thunderbolt 3 expansion chassis to house the HDX card and my two UAD Octo cards. Hold onto your butts!

Working in Nashville will spoil a man! I had a vintage U67, a WARM Audio U47, and a vintage refurbished M49 microphone to choose from for the last two days of recording with here at Studios. And a big thanks to Jeff Steiger at for delivering the Platinum V28 preamps! They sound amazing!! It’s been a great couple of days!
