Our Story

We started Good Food Gathering Books to share our culinary training program textbook with the world.

However, we also discovered that many students of the program have innovative and important recipes and stories to share, and we want to help amplify their voices by providing editing assistance and all levels of support.

We have chosen the squirrel as our mascot because they are the ultimate "good food gatherers," and they are clever and wily creatures always on the lookout for useful items! We like to think of ourselves as always open to a great idea or concept.
