This is just awful.

I had the pleasure of seeing Nick Cordero in Waitress and in A Bronx Tale. He was an actor who put the in work and truly delivered on the Broadway stage. But above all, he was a faithful husband and a doting father to a sweet baby boy. COVID-19 took his life.

Those of you who refuse to practice physical distancing, wearing masks, and other protective measures: your carelessness has consequences. You are hurting innocent people and their families. You are being incredibly selfish. Put on a damn mask. We lost a good one and we don’t want to lose anymore.

Hey listeners! We know y’all love the theatre as much as we do, and if the coronavirus pandemic has you canceling your opera/MT/theatre plans and you have money to spare, consider this idea. So many people we know and love have lost thousands of dollars due to cancelled gigs and there is no way they can make that money up.

Another option is to just show some love and ask for an artist’s Cash App or Venmo! We hope that after this is contained, artists are able to continue their work with minimal financial damage.
