‘I always wanted to create an authentic Chakra-cleansing meditation for the benefit of seekers and practitioners of Yogic wisdom. I did a lot of research for Sanskrit chants that express the essence of the Chakras, combing through several texts of Ta**ra as well as Music (believe it or not) for this album. Once I found the chants, I wrote the script for the guided meditation. This album begins with meditative chants about Ganesha, Guru and Mother Kundalini as per the tradition. Then come the meditations on each Chakra, containing Bija as well as Gayatri Mantras of the Elemental energies, meditative chants on the Deities in each Chakra, ending with Mangalam (auspicious ending of Meditation). In the end, there is dedication of the meditative Energy to the Divine. Just as a proper Meditation should be.’
