Inside Out 2 talks about "growing up" in an emotional way and depicts how growing up is challenging inside our thoughts. The film introduces the emotions we had from the previous movie: Joy, Anger, Sadness, Fear and Disgust. We are also introduced to new emotions: embarrassment, Ennui (boredom), Envy and Anxiety.

Riley is about to go to high school but the story focuses on her preparation to officially join the FogHorn Hockey team. As the story progresses, Riley finds herself challenged with her hopes to join the team. Her friendship was wounded, her emotions went all over the place and the pressure got into her head. But eventually, everything goes into their proper places.

This sequel film may be animated and made for kids but as an adult, it just hits differently. I can say that this film was partially made for adults and for anyone who is in a bad mental situation. It reminds its viewers how growing older can be tough, how overthinking affects everything else, how decisions that are made today may affect what's next. But it is also a strong reminder that problems, fear, worries and anxieties will come. They are all inevitable but everything will pass. Take a deep breath, stay calm and do not overstress everything. Having a calm mind also affects the way we think. We may feel pressure at any given time but we have to sit back and relax.

Do not overstress things at the present. Do not let your emotions take control of you. Live at the moment. The future is there but we live at the present, right here, right now. Enjoy life.

Inside Out 2 is a great film. Every audience will have a different way of enjoying this but just remember, you are who you are. Embrace yourself.

"How To Make Millions Before Grandma Dies"

First time watching a drama flick with a full house theater. But be mindful, do not watch alone as you'll need someone to comfort you.

With the typical movies that we have these days, sometimes it's good to take a pause from them and watch something that is not so quite new but a reminder that there are still some that produce films like this.

This is a story of how M and his stubbornness changed throughout his days of taking care of his ill grandmother. With the hopes of being a millionaire, he had the idea from his "cute" cousin Mui how to be one. The time he spent taking care of his grandmother may not have changed his initial plan all along right away but the plot twist in the end takes the cake.

"Even a traitor may mend. I know one that did"

The story itself is sad already but the acting, the sound editing, the pacing, overall directing just makes this movie even better. It is true that you'll have to prepare a tissue paper or a handkerchief to wipe your tears as this is truly a tearjerker film.

A movie not just good with the quality but also reminds us of how family is important and that kind of love that truly comes from the heart.

How To Make Millions Before Grandma Dies is a 9/10 for me. As some say, this is an Oscar worthy film

Probably one of the weirdest and uncomfortable movies/series I have watched. I actually don't know why I continued watching still but it was worth it. The characters delivered a good performance and there is good character development specially for Donny. I also felt/understood what made Donny do those unthinkable decisions.

Well all in all, if you fancy a good one sitting quick binge series with no problems of feeling uneasy with what you're watching, this series is worth the watch.

is 7/10 for me

"Choose your side"

Based on the manga Parasyte by Japanese author Hitoshi Iwaaki, this follows the story of the 17-year-old Shinichi Izumi was partially infected by a Parasyte. Human kind is forced to deal with this and the whole nation is yet to be informed with this threat. As the story progresses, it shows that "parasytes" come to inhabit the world with one mission and it is up to our civilization if we are to co exist with them or exterminateball of their kinds but later on, it is also revealed that not all of them share the same vision.

This sci-fi thriller is a good series binge with interesting plot, action sequences and suspenseful scenes that will take you to the edge of your seat. It is a recommended series to binge.

Parasyte The Grey is an 8/10 for me

Boss Baby x Catzilla: New Meowmpire

In a generation filled with superhero movies, we take a side trip with this another monster-verse installment featuring... big monsters which typically are also acting as heroes.

As distress calls, the likes of Kong and Godzilla must join forces to stop Scar King and his pet Shimo. From their own world to the country of Brazil, the great battle took place. In the end, Brazil was saved but lots of innocent people died and their city destroyed.

Lesser human screen time in this film is a good decision but perhaps a bit more focus on the monsters (good luck with the CGI budget) however, the story is still good. Not that an amazing film overall but a film packed with action sequences and more more, meow I mean roars!

A good popcorn movie. A good movie in the big screen. A good action packed movie.

Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire is a 7/10 for me

The story narrates a scientific encounter that has been faced by generations and every time, there is a mystery yet to be unlocked but are those enough to fix the problem of a worldwide phenomena?

This new series of Netflix takes us to a fictional past, present and a yet to be future wherein there might be another form of life living amongst our own solar system. A story that is full of mysteries, suspense, problem solving and will likely take your brains to another level of thinking. Are we in a simulation? Are we not alone? Are all destined to perish just like that?

Whatever happens, don't let three suns intertwine with each other

A series that is worth the watch. Now I need season 2. Bring the rain

is an 8/10 for me. Might need a rewatch

"This is not a fairytale"

Damsel is one of Netflix' recent releases and another project featuring Stranger Things' alum, Millie Bobby Brown. The story follows Elodie and the life she is about to embark as she marries Prince Henry.

The whole movie lives up to its title as it tells Elodie being a damsel in distress.

The costume design were good in this film and probably the setting as well as the cinematography as well. Character arc is good for Millie's Elodie. The CGI was okay, the dragon was meh. Story-wise, nothing too fancy. But overall, this is another popcorn movie.

Damsel is a decent 6/10 for me. No hate but I guess it could have been better. An enjoyable film.
