It's a beautiful time of the year to check out Paducah's Greenway Trail. And it's even more gorgeous thanks to Bacon Farmer Workman Engineering & Testing, Inc./Marcum Engineering, LLC. . Their dedication to our public spaces benefits us all. They even brought on Mark Thompson who retired from the Paducah Parks Department. He'll be expanding their involvement in the development and planning of parks.
Check it out on their site!

Kolb House - Paducah
Many of you have been curious about the Kolb house on Broad Street. Built in 1887 for Louis Kolb after he immigrated from Germany, the house has been unoccupied for a while, its fate hanging in the balance.
Thankfully, new owners are taking the first steps to rehab the structure. Amazingly, the interior is nearly just as it was the day the last tenant left—furniture and all. It's a frozen-in-time moment. A snapshot of life before the day it transitioned.
We got an exclusive tour and are sharing it with you. Much of the furnishings and antiques are for sale. For info, contact Kathy Isbell Funk . And stay tuned for more on the progress!
