"After not being in physical therapy for so long it feels so good to be back in the gym. Something as simple as standing takes so much effort when it used to come so natural i wouldn’t even have to give it a second thought. I’ve used these leg braces more in the past month than i have in the last year that I’ve had them. It’s still messy but there’s a start to everything and there’s always room for improvement
Exercise truly is medicine. Being able to move, exercise, and be healthy is such a blessing.
