Hi Everybody The time has come!

2022 will see Ron Nava step back into the driver seat full time at Irwindale Speedway for the Limited late Model weekly series.

Ron Nava has joined the Performance P1 Motorsports Team headed up by Joe Nava to drive the Tri-State Transportation, Societe Brewing Company Limited late Model.

As part of this effort Joe called in long time friend Kenny Smith as car chief and engineer. Kenny has won 12 championships and dozens of wins in multiple NASCAR divisions. Kenny along with Gary Honsburger will provide trackside support. Ron Nava and Kenny Smith have raced against each other for nearly 20 years in several divisions in both NASCAR and ASA.

The 2022 Racing Season at Irwindale Speedway begins Saturday March 12th. Stay Tuned for race updates and more.....

As racers we have one job... go fast and turn left..... period. It is my belief that there are other places for that.

After the checkers fall and we start drinking beers and telling lies.... if the opportunity arises then that’s the time..... not on the national stage.

He's back....again!!! Rapid Ron Esau will make his second Spears Srl Southwest Tour Series start on October 28th, in the "Bulwark Protective Apparel 101presented by 51 FIFTY Energy Drink" at Kern County Raceway. Esau was the first NASCAR Southwest Tour Series Champion and the winner of six events in that series.

Esau made his first SRL start at Irwindale Speedway, in August. He started 20th, but finished seventh after the 100 lap event, in the field of 27. He will now turn his attention to Kern County Raceway. This will be Ron's first start at the facility. It is a track that he is looking forward to racing at, and has high hopes of beating a good friend.

"I am looking forward to getting around Kern for the first time, in other than my pickup truck", Esau told the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series. "Turn 3 looks like it can be really important for getting your speed on the front straightaway. I am hoping to kick my car builder's (and teammate Craig Raudman) butt."

Esau will once again be in a Dave Reed Racing Ford with sponsorship from Approved Memory, , Lucas Oil, FLUIDYNE High Performance, K&N Filters and Eibach Springs. Esau will be relying on his years of experience, in the now Monster Energy NASCAR CUP Series, NASCAR XFINITY Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, and NASCAR Southwest Tour Series to tame Kern County Raceway and a large field of SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series drivers. For fans, this will be a great opportunity to see a West Coast Racing Legend in action.
