**KEEPING YOURSELF WELL**
Here You Are Alive And Well And Hoping To Stay That Way- Without Dwelling On Yourself Or Becoming A Hypochondriac. True, Most Of The Body's Functions Are Performed Without Our Even Noticing. And Most Of Us Are Healthy Most Of The Time. But There Are Steps We Need To Take And Sometimes, Changes We Should Make In Our Living Habits To Increase The Chances Of Living A Longer, Healthier Life. For The Most Part, Each One Of Us Is Responsible For His Or Her Own Health. There's A Lot We Can Do To Keep Ourselves And Our Families Well- To Prevent Accidents And Diseases; To Detect And Correct Ailments Early.
Being Well Is Not Quite The Same As Not Being Sick. Health, Like Beauty Or Success, Is Relative. No Matter How Much We Have, We Could Do A Little More- More Vitality And Zest For Living. Keeping Well Need Not To Be A Bore Or A Chore If We Know Why And How If We Are Willing And Able To Stop Or Change Anti- Health Habits Like Overeating, Overdrinking-ways Of Living Which Jeopardize Health.
