Sean Crowley is the most talented, hardworking & under appreciated musician we have had the privilege of ever knowing.... In 2018, Born Of A Dying Star, a collaboration between Drifter Tegan & Sean will be released... Sean will be releasing another 2 incredible albums before then... Please read his message to the end, have a list, like & share xx spread the love ###

It’s now been about 20 years since I recorded my first full length cassette of original music and shared it amongst my friends.

The perhaps aptly named ‘Border of Insanity’ was the beginning of a life long obsession with writing, recording and releasing new music.
It was such an amazing feeling of accomplishment that here I am, 20 years older and wiser, and still doing that very same thing. (Only not on tape)

Last year I released 2 records, and this year, another 2 are due out before the end of the year. And I’m already half way through production on a 2018 release that will be one of my most ambitious albums to date.

Now I personally hate to sell & I hate the world social media even more. Like many artists, I spend far too much emotional energy, pining for my cries to be heard across this digital dessert, always to little or no avail.

Out of those 4 records released across the last 2 years, I have made less than a tanks worth of petrol in album sales, and so instead I sell my music to advertising companies which allows me to keep working.

As a father of three, even with the most supportive and amazing of partners, I find it hard to gig often, and so this is where I am asking you >>>>
.. my people... my collaborators... my very best of friends... to help me to reach the people who would enjoy my work.

Your friends and fam who are into music, that weird guy at the office who always talks about how much better vinyl is, that random someone you hooked up with that one time. Anyone.

I am asking merely a favour, to share my page, and also this event so that my next album can actually have a life past my own private Spotify account.

‘Born Of A Dying Star’ is due out 2018.

Recorded using traditional recording techniques & featuring collaborations with the amazing, and beautifully absurd BJ Morrizonkle, the rhythmical genius that is Danniel (Edelplastik), the ever present Luke Postill, and the musical debut of my very talented sister Tegan Crowley.

As part of this push to 1k likes, I will be regularly posting songs and videos from my ever growing back catalogue both here and to the Sean Crowley Music page for you to share about the inter web.
