NEW RELEASE: Marc Plainguet - Live At Artatak. On July 27, 1990 I performed a concert at Artatak Studios on a double bill with 35 Little Ducks In A Basket. We put in a theater/performance space at Artatak and had shown some movies. This was the first live show. I did it differently in that I had my full gear available since my studio was there too. I also chose to stay backlit and let the big screen provide all the visuals. I have prepared this album from all sources I had and were recently digitized. There's a few bad notes but I'm really happy with how it sounds. It is available for the next 3 days as a "name your price" release to kick off the return on Bandcamp Friday. Enjoy!

RELICS OF MUSIC PAST: Nutty Faith - It's Our Job! Cassette released in 1985. The first music project I was ever involved in. Mike Futch (now known as Bing) playing an omnichord and myself, Marc Plainguet. Two weirdo Christian kids making music trying to be funny. Soon we would become the electro-punk band, Crazed Bunnyz. I am digitizing my archive of old projects. I have discovered that I have 2 extras of this cassette. They will be on eBay soon.

New Gadget ‼️😮🙂

It is finished. Jesus will emerge from Hell with the keys tomorrow. I will release an Easter themed Gadget project 30 years in the making. I am very happy with the final result. Look for the announcement and explanation Easter Sunday.

This was my "clean up" release comprised of compilation tracks, unreleased material, and music done for video and collaborative projects. It was my way of capping off that era of music output. The first album under the pseudonym of Gadget originally released in 1987. An industrial noise project in the style of old school industrial of pure rhythm and noise. Old school bang and clang industrial with apocalyptic themes and psalms read over machine noisescapes. It was one of the first industrial noise projects in the Christian underground music world. Rhythm and noise. I had read Luigi Russolo's "The Art Of Noises" and was influenced greatly by his ideas. Recorded in 5 five days. The first 6 tracks comprise Side ! and are bracketed by the track Palindrome 1 & 2, a track that truly is a musical palindrome. Side ? is the single epic track titled "The Final Dream (Requiem For Salvador Dalí)" and is one of my proudest works. Enjoy!

I was known as a Christian artist, but it wasn't readily apparent in any of the music I had released, so I felt it would be interesting to share that part of me as a concept for an album.
