Today the world lost one of its best humans and I lost one of my best friends. Mama, there will never be enough words or enough time to express my love for you. The last words you ever said to me were ‘love you too’ and I will hold that in my heart for the rest of my days. There will never be a day that I don’t miss you and wish for more time, because even forever with you wouldn’t have been enough. One day I will tell my children of the woman that shaped my life entirely and taught me how to live with grace, joy and endless generosity. I will make you proud my Mama and I will love you every moment of every day until we meet again. Go be with your beautiful Gerry, I know you’ve missed him so terribly and now it’s your time to rest in paradise together. ‘And when God takes her back, he’ll say Hallelujah - she’s home’ ❤️

One of my favourite parts of being back on set was the surprise of getting to see this legend! Also wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s been so lovely about me coming back. While I realise many people aren’t loving Imo’s attitude (she sure is fierce), I promise she’s not THAT bad the entire time 🙊

Every day is International Women’s Day in the Kaplan household (poor Dad), but for real, I am so grateful that I get to spend my time surrounded by strong, ambitious and brave women who support and love each other unconditionally. After being about 12 years overdue, I finally got my headshots redone this morning. It’s something I’ve put off for so long as I generally hate how I look in photos but made it such an enjoyable experience and from what I saw on his view finder, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! And of course I could never have done it without my girl who nails the hair and make up every single time. No editing or filter used, she’s just a master at making me look a LOT more flawless than I am. Can’t wait to see the shots, and cannot recommend Chris or Mae any higher!

Hitting all sorts of PB’s lately - made it out past 9pm two nights in one week & survived over 5 hours at a music festival. NEW YEAR, SAME ANXIETY BUT TRYING REAL HARD 😎 (In all seriousness, it was truly so worth it to watch my sister shine on stage. , I don’t understand how our genetics are the same but you turned out that cool. Someone plz explain) And a huge thankyou to for having us!

Last night, before blew our minds 🤯 So insanely proud of & the boys - it was genuinely the most impressive and moving concert I’ve ever been to. If you’re going tonight, you are one lucky duck. And if you’re seeing them at , I shall see you there (probably hiding in a corner because I’m scared of people/festivals) 🙃

Most people who meet me now only know the second photo, the real Ari, however I wasn’t always the girl with the obnoxiously loud belly laugh and big smile on my face. For years of my life, anorexia stole my smile, my laugh and everything I loved in the world. It broke me and made me a shell of a human but everyday I am grateful for the support and treatment I received, because without it, I honestly don’t know where I’d be. Which is why the information I heard today literally made me scream with joy! For the first time ever, the Australian Government announced that they will now give people with eating disorders access to a comprehensive treatment plan under Medicare. Eating disorders are currently the deadliest mental health condition in Australia and yet there is still so much stigma and ignorance when it comes to them. Every day I wish I could help more sufferers and protect any person going through the hell I experienced, and sometimes I feel truly helpless with how to do this. But I genuinely believe that this easier access to help will bring us one step closer to tackling the demon that are ED’s. If you’re reading this and you’re stuck and feel as if there will never be a way out, I swear to you that there is. So many people have been where you are and come out the other side, so it’s possible and now more so than ever. Please, please ask for help, it isn’t weak and it doesn’t make you a failure - you deserve to smile, to be happy and to feel like you’re enough. ❤️

With some exciting things happening in the next few weeks, my hair was desperate for a freshen up. And as expected, Zoebodahaircutters nailed it yet again. I walked in with an unhealthy, dead mane of hair and walked out with the softest, shiniest and healthiest hair I’ve ever had. Zoe, you’re a god-send and I want you to move in with me and do this everyday plz. 💇🏻‍♀️

I love how we’ve started celebrating Thanksgiving in Australia purely for the Black Friday sales (which I am definitely not complaining about) but I also love any excuse to tell this man how grateful I am for him. Also I am so god damn excited to go back to Byron with the whole family and be tanned again (yes this is as tanned as I ever get).
