The stage belongs to us. It was just a bunch of misfits shooting ideas at each other and jotting them down on a piece of paper until we decided to turn it into reality. The Writer’s Club is South Breeze’s first solely student- run club. Initially, our aim was to create a place for our fellow Breezers to
open up about their excellent abilities and share it with us. That’s when we came up with the idea of a newsletter. However, we are dreamers and we wanted to be better at what we do and make the experience for the Breezers even better. Hence, we came up with our project, ‘The Breezers’ Platform’.
‘The Breezers’ Platform’ is a magazine project under the Writer’s Club where we aim to provide a platform for the students of our school to speak their minds, to be better at something other than just academics. We solely take submissions from the students so don’t get the wrong idea. Our magazine isn’t the same as the yearbook. We want to give them a chance to prove that their writing skills aren’t limited to just English Classes and their artworks don’t just belong in art classes. In addition to that, we promise to always keep you updated with the hip and the happening in our school. Whether that be a juicy gossip or our golden volleyball players winning another trophy, A-Z you’ll know it all! Won’t you feel a teeny tiny regret if you don’t subscribe to us?
