Hellios is a unique Paragon Radiance Mephit who, like lesser creatures of his kind, is composed of elemental Fire and Positive Energy and looks like a brightly incandescent winged humanoid about the size of a large Halfling.

What distinguishes Hellios from normal Mephits is, simply, that he has more volatile elemental material packed into his body, adding a bit of derangement to the physical instability that already characterizes his kind. He believes, in fact, that he is a demigod descended from the God of the Sun himself, and that for some convoluted reason he was exiled variously from Mount Olympus, the sun, or the Quasi-Elemental Plane of Radiance.
