The Kettle Like Music? Like our Page! WUMD College radio station featuring a wide range of awesone programming, video game talk, and some crazy tangents.

In the fall of 2012, two metalheads with a love of music, video games, and shenanigans decided to create a radio show to bring them all together, that show was called Tea Time on WUMD College radio! However, that name was not metal enough to describe the show, the kettle was smooth, and shot steam, and was not a fan of Judas Priest. Thus it was decided that tea time needed a new kettle, one that w

as More Metal Than Your Ma's Kettle, and such the show was born, with a new image, and a spiked kettle that shot flames and had a Priest brand on its side. Since that day, the Kettle has been melting faces with shredding guitar solos, and causing whiplash with furious riffs, and continues to do so every Tuesday from 5:30-7:30 pm on WUMD College Radio!
