Try to figure out how you would feel if someone did all these things to you. Even if the person was nice, you probably wouldn't want him/her anymore. The fact is, no one wants to be with a needy person. The best way to get rid from your neediness is to fill your life with interesting activities, hobbies, friends... Then, you will be able to enjoy the time you spend with your ex much more, and he/she will probably be much more interested in coming back with you.
