✴️WFM Telesales Representative SVGROUP Ecommerce Company

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our shop in retails.

✅ REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
Total salary up to 45 000 - 100 000 BDT ++/month.
(Base salary + Commission + Bonus working performance)
· Holidays / New Year's will have the remuneration according to the company's regulations.
· Working on holidays x2 salary of the day

✅ Working time:
Dayshift: 8:00 a.m - 5p.m (breaktime: 12p.m-1p.m)
Night shift: 1:00 p.m – 10:00 p.m (break time: 6:00-7:00pm)
Part-time: 5p.m - 10p.m

✅Responsibilities
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts to close sales.
· Enter and update customer information in the database
· Translate/ voice record

✅Requirements
- Good knowledge of relevant computer software - POS programs
- Good/Fair knowledge of English
· Proven experience as telesales representative. If you do not have experiences or not proficient in English, we will have a native Myanmar manager trainning.
· Excellent communication
· High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
